Ahh...... to be a kid again....

One day, while riding in the car, my son was pointing to the playground.. so of course I pulled over.  Lucky for me I had my cam too--- and took a few shots :-)

I admit, as a child, I was never a big fan of the "swing".  LOL.. I remember getting motion sickness from swinging too much!  So my son definitely didn't inherit THIS from me.. he LOVES the swing and can't get enough!!

I am in LOVE!!

First, I have to thank fellow photographer Eric for introducing me to TOTALLY RAD, which contains a series of Actions that I can execute in Photoshop.  For future weddings, I will be totally using these actions to accent a photos in each wedding-it provides a *kick* to photos-- I will have to post some images I've used the actions with... I'm just so excited right now!!! WAHOO!!!!!!!!!!!  

(It's kinda like Homer Simpson and Donuts... mmmm... donuts..... that's the type of obsession I have with TOTALLY RAD right now... mmmmm.... donuts..... now I'm hungry...... )

Amy & Beau

It was such a windy day today... but Amy and Beau were so great despite the cold!!  Poor Amy wore her mittens today and put her hood on (it was THAT chilly).

It's truly amazing how you can take advantage of the weather and the atmosphere (and the couple) that you've been given... I love working with adults who are big kids at heart!! :-)

Since I'm changing systems and software, minimal editing has been done to these photos.. for now ;-)

Oh, the things we girls do...

First I have to say congratulations to Sandy and Darin!! What a beautiful, memorable wedding! I'm so excited because wedding season is here, and I have thepleasure to work with different couples all the time. That's one of the reasons why I LOVE WHAT I DO!

So, with this posting, I dedicate it to all of the girls who are having their hair and makeup professionally done for their wedding. One of the reasons why I aboslutely LOVE photographing the "getting ready" portion is because many people (including soon-to-be-hubbies!) may not realize exactly what girls go through to look incredibly stunning for their wedding.

(Ugh. I accidentally deleted Darin's reaction photo :-(  Sorry about that)...
